Her in-depth knowledge of the industry and outstanding talent for working with others to help them achieve have earned her a reputation as a world-class leader in her field.
Jonathan joined ACHiiVE in January 2013 after spending ten years in service industry management, where he specialised in sales growth within targeted markets and developing people by utilising their strengths and addressing skills gaps.
This richness of experience is central to his role at ACHiiVE, which has fed a fascination with healthcare systems globally as well as at home.
Rachael has developed her training and facilitation skills to promote capability building and she delivers performance improvement workshops. She is also a qualified performance / business coach.
Martyn joined ACHiiVE in September 2015 and has over 24 years training experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry. He has delivered training workshops for sales teams, managers and health care professionals both in the UK and internationally.
Beth joined ACHiiVE in 2017. Her responsibilities as a project and events executive include: client liasion; organising logistics and ensuring the success of international training events.
Luke joined Achiive in 2016.
With experience in the technical events industry, Luke develops and maintains the ACHiiVE software simulations, as well as providing onsite technical assistance for training events globally.
Claire joined Achiive in 2017.
With a background in Art and Animation, she is responsible for assisting with the technical and design side of the company's projects.
