The owner of the business, Paul Ackroyd, served as an Aeronautical Engineer in the British Army for 13 years. On leaving, Paul embarked on his career in plumbing and within 12 months had expanded his business to incorporate the domestic heating industry. He now employs a team of highly experienced and qualified heating engineers and helps to change apprentices and work experience candidates from Leeds College of Building.
