The restaurant was closed for many years until Cyril, Gill and Colin took it on and created the beautiful restaurant that it is today. Six months of investment and hard work saw the new Rosewarne Manor launched in December 2007.
The kitchen is under the very capable control of Phil Thomas. A local man, he learnt his craft at Rosewarne Manor over 25 years ago. Phil has been with us from the re opening.
A passion for using fresh local produce is shared by all at Rosewarne Manor. We are very careful to ensure that we can trace the source of the main ingredients and that as much as possible is Cornish.
