ABOUT ROSEWOODS HOMES LIMITED
Rosewoods was founded in 1985 by the Gaskin family, and in 1995 the Edworthy family co-invested to help create the group that exists today. We are a small, family business focused on delivering value added business services locally.
We are passionate about our local environment and surroundings. Wherever possible we engage local architects, consultants and contractors to create properties and building projects with distinct local characteristics. You can see examples of some of our beautifully built local properties on our gallery page.
We are also a forward thinking company, focused on introducing energy efficiency into our projects, via solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, fuel efficient boiler systems or by simply insulating properties more efficiently. To support this we have opened an energy efficient showrooms in melton near Woodbridge to showcase our products and to conduct consultations with our clients.
We pride ourselves on our relationships built with each customer, whether carrying out minor maintenance works or developing a green field site. We tailor our service to each individual customer and project, with open communication and a transparent approach to ensure the best result is always achieved. We hope our projects really do help to deliver “a new quality of life” for our clients.
Rosewoods Homes Ltd. is a National House Building Council certified house builder and developer.
Rosewoods is a Suffolk based, family owned group established in 1985. Our heritage has been high quality refurbishment, construction and development of local family homes and holiday properties.
