Debbie has worked in Estate Agency for over 28 years and has been with Lancastrian Estates (formerly Cumbrian Properties) since the beginning. She enjoys a gourmet meal cooked by her husband and likes washing it down with a lovely glass of Shiraz! (That is after a busy day selling houses!!)
Alison’s introduction to Estate Agency was from an early age, for many years she worked for T Gardener & Son in Morecambe, joining Cumbrian Properties/Lancastrian Estates over eleven years ago. Highly experienced in all aspects of property sales and management, Alison is a highly valued member of our team.
Matt started off his estate agency career with Lancastrian Estates who have taught him everything he knows about property, although he already had great knowledge of the local area. Matt enjoys going to the gym, playing football and also watching any sport, especially Everton at the weekends.
Emma has worked estate agency since 2005 firstly based in Lancaster, later focussing on sunny Morecambe. Joining the Lancastrian Estates in 2015 she loves her job as part of a team who work hard to provide local families with the best sales experience. Emma is married with a young family.
Kevin joined Lancastrian Estates in 2008 after spending his early working career in the financial sector as a mortgage advisor. He has worked in both the Sales and Lettings departments for the company and now manages the Lettings department that covers North Lancashire and South Cumbria.
Phoenix joined Lancastrian Estates in January 2014 & has since successfully completed a Level 3 Diploma in Business. Phoenix previously worked in our Morecambe office administrating sales however has recently moved to our Lancaster office where she is now Lettings Administrator.
Fiona joined us in 2013 straight from college, having completed a Level 3 Diploma in Business. Having been promoted within the company, she now runs the Lettings Department in Kendal, as well as administrating sales.
