The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider's operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor, on an annual basis, that it has met defined standards.
The company HQ is based in London and thus providing services primarily inside the M25 we can run healthier cost effective operations and our experts and management available to reduce response time to any location in London.
All our guards underpinned by rigorous screening quality of service standards to BS7858 and all guards are SIA Licensed complying with the standards of BS7499 as verified through our BS ISO 9001:2008. Furthermore we are an SIA Approved Contractor (ASC) for the provision of Security guarding and Door supervision.
All client assignments are reviewed periodically by our Contracts Managers, service delivery and on-site performance is assessed and clients are encouraged to complete satisfaction surveys and provide regular feedback.

The plan is reconcile each individuals training needs with the resources available for training. Each training event is designed to achieve a specific purpose, which is stated as a set of training objectives. If a training objective is written specifically it helps the training achieve its purpose. It includes a clear description of the knowledge, skills and abilities, which the training is designed to communicate, and the standard of the performance required which verifies their acquisition.
