This ‘client side’ experience was invaluable in ensuring that we have a specific insight into how best to provide an effective service to our current and future Clients. We are happy to provide current cvs for all staff upon request.
We provide a consistently high quality working drawing service to local developers, regional and national house builders, housing associations and care providers. Our projects range from ‘one-off’ bespoke dwellings through to multi-phase mixed use developments in excess of 1,000 plots.
Our package of working drawings, technical details and specifications are produced to satisfy the requirements of the Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, relevant Codes of Practice and, where applicable, Design and Quality Standards and the specific requirements of affordable housing or specialist care providers.
Our capability to meet our Clients’ needs is fully aligned with our resources and we have achieved a solid reputation for providing a high level of detail and clarity. This provides our clients with greater cost control and the ability to achieve programme deadlines.
We provide full technical support to the Client throughout the life of the project including ongoing liaison with the Building Control provider as necessary. In addition, we have considerable experience in acting as lead consultant and can provide a full technical co-ordination service (including discharging outstanding planning conditions) if required.
