Waterfield Supported Home Ltd aims to provide a therapeutic and safe environment, conducive to the personal development of the patients who display challenging behaviours. The Care team at Waterfield Supported Home will work with other members of the CMHTS to promote high standards of clinical care and practice according to individual needs. This will be achieved by ensuring continuous development of staff, awareness and maintenance of the best practices, and monitoring of standards of care delivery.

Our clients are encouraged and supported to work alongside our members of staff and CMHT team in an effort to help alleviate suffering and promote positive physical and mental health. Relatives and carers are encouraged to play an active part in our clients’ assessment and treatment.

Waterfield Supported Homes (WSH) Ltd provides 24-hour care and support for clients.

Waterfield Supported Homes Ltd was founded in 2003 and registered in 2004 (as a limited liability company) to meet the existing gap within the parameters of social care facilities for people with enduring mental issues.

Our accommodation and rehabilitation services are designed to provide a secure and therapeutic environment to our clients.

At Waterfield Supported Homes we embrace holistic approach, non discriminating and non-stigmatising attitude in the management of individuals with mental health issues.

WSH houses are our client’s homes, and they are encouraged to bring their own items such as furniture, television, video, stereo, room decorations (provided the items pass a risk assessment and the electrical items, a certified inspection by our electrical engineer). All valuables must be declared and safekeeping can be arranged if required (for insurance purposes).
