Asset finance history, the company was founded by Michael Bycroft and Darren Fitzpatrick in 2004 and quickly grew through the packaging of exceptional finance and brokering services uniquely serving the bus and coach industry in the UK.

was acquired and became the fourth company within the expanding Asset Alliance Group, who had already acquired companies in the commercial vehicle sector where they offer tailored finance solutions for the acquisition of CV assets.
The group company was founded in 2010 by Willie Paterson, former Managing Director of Alliance & Leicester Commercial Finance PLC with investment capital from one of the UK’s leading private equity companies, Cabot Square Capital LLP.
