He has now been joined by Jemma Box who has recently qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree in Countryside Management from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Jemma’s forte is in habitat conservation and ecological planning.
Woodlands and forests need management to achieve their full potential, whether the emphasis is on commercial timber production, conservation, amenity, public access or a blend of each.
Forest and Land Management Ltd manage a wide range of forest and woodland properties, each with their own aims and characteristics.
Following an initial visit, we can provide proposals with planned work programmes, budgets regarding income and expenditure, we can also apply for the necessary felling permissions and prepare and submit applications to the Forestry Commission for various grants which may be available.
