We established the business in 2002…

and have grown from a small base of clients to providing a professional service for governments, global investors and a wide range of private companies. Our aim is always to provide a very personal and professional service from the small building surveying instruction to multi million pound management projects.

We are dedicated to delivering a service with total focus on our client’s requirements and being fully responsive to their individual brief and objectives. We have built our reputation on this individual and tailored approach which has resulted in consistent repeat business.

Wells Senior went beyond their initial role of surveying to help us in meetings with the Vendor, working with a professional, assertive and knowledgeable manner whilst ruffling no ‘feathers’ on either side. Despite having to wait many months for full information to arrive from the Vendor the survey was thorough and understandable. We would have no hestitation in recommending them for future work’

Gary established Wells Senior in 2002 as an independent Building Surveying and Project Management practice. Prior to this he was a partner with GVA Grimley in Birmingham although he commenced his surveying career in London.
