Just a line to say thank you to everyone at Village Care who helped care for Mam over the last year or so. We really appreciate the support you gave and realise how difficult it was at times. We would particularly like to thank Fiona, who often provided more than was expected. We hope you continue to provide such good care and support to others in the future.
To all the team at Village Care, thank you so much for looking after my Mother. She had a few extra years living in her precious home because of the care you gave her. I would like to mention in particular Angela, Amanda, Lynda and Gemma who were the regulars I knew. Your care has been of the highest standard and I am so very grateful.
Our experience of caring by your organisation was so different to our previous care suppliers. My son and I were very surprised by the attitude of your people and their dedication to their tasks. If the staff we met are typical of all your people, then you would have our recommendation to others! I was so impressed with the way your two operators coped with my wife’s problems and went way beyond the normal call of duty. My son and I are deeply grateful for the efforts of your firm.

I should like to thank all those at Village Care who helped my Father during his last two years. Your staff did so much to relieve the pressure for both of us. In particular, I should like to thank Karen and latterly Allison who both did much to cheer him up and to deal with his many physical problems with sensitivity, gentleness and kindness. These two workers in particular are a real asset to your organisation.
We have been wracking our brains as to how we can thank you for all the help you gave us with Mum. Overall, your service was excellent and you were very patient with us – especially when at times it must have seemed I was being rather fussy! Anyway, we’ve decided to send you a cheque for XXX as a token of our thanks which I trust you will spend on some sort of treat for the staff!
I am writing to thank you all for your help over the past few years with Billy. Without your care, we would not have been able to cope for as long as we did. Until we found out about Village Care we found it very difficult, our only regret is we did not use you much earlier. It gave us great peace of mind to know that when we were away he was in such good hands. We could always rely on you to cover at short notice and in times of emergencies.
