Maddox Design Ltd was formed in 2000 by Paul Maddox an Architectural Technologist with over 30 years experience in commercial, retail and residential projects.
We are experienced in working closely with Consultants and Contractors to achieve our Clients high expectations. Contact with other associated professionals enables the practice to cover all aspects of building from inception to completion.
We provide 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings from scans or sketches. Our services can also include high quality 3D modelling and visualisations.
Our team of Architectural Designers provides Measured Surveys and Computer Aided Design drawings for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects.
2D Computer Aided Design drawings can be provided from scans or sketches. High quality 3D modeling and visualizations are available to give a more tangible and enhanced representation during Planning Applications. All drawings are detailed, showing construction and specification notes and once approved, can be used during building.
Maddox Design covers a range of building types and styles with a commitment to providing high quality designs. We strive for a highly professional, personal and reliable service for all clients across Bristol and the South West area.
Most developments require a Planning Application under the Town and County Planning Act. Maddox designs will act as your agent to complete all necessary application forms, drawings and support documentation. We will also monitor your application process and deal with any enquiries from Local Authorities.
