Our major business is demolition. We offer all aspects of demolition, including commercial, residential and agricultural buildings. We are Health & Safety (H&S) compliant, with the relevant certifications. We own our machinery and it is maintained to a high standard. We have a range of excavators with a variety of attachments, giving us the flexibility to handle any size of contract. We leave work sites in a safe condition and deal with all aspects of material waste, including hazardour waste like Asbestos, if required. We finish sites to a high standard ready for the redevelopment stage to proceed. We specialise in the removal of asbestos. We offer asbestos surveys starting for as little as £300, depending on size and situation. We are licenced to remove Chrysolite, (found for instance in artex ceilings and floor tiles), a procedure necessary before any demolition or refurbishment can commence. Where necessary we will provide the appropriate waste consignment notes for removal of notifiable and or non-notifiable asbestos material.
We provide, where necessary a 24 hour call out to clear fire damaged buildings, including commercial, residential and agricultural premises. We will clear and make safe, leaving the buildings ready for redevelopment and or refurbishment to proceed.
We offer prior to a pre strip-out or demolition service to provide tree protection. By liaising with the relevant developer or sub-contractors we identify designated specimens and erect protective scaffolding structures to surround and protect, where required. Upon completion of potentially damaging procedures, the structures are removed and site left clear.
