We are Willerby Hill and we love what we do. We're passionate about HR and Training, but not evangelical, we're great at solving people problems and focus on what's right for you, not what's easy for us
We started Willerby Hill over 12 years ago after working in large PLC organisations and the NHS. Our goal was simple - we wanted to create a down-to-earth solution minded, HR & Training Practice that proactively solved people problems for employers large and small.
These days, we spend a lot of our time working with high growth organisations, large local employers, entrepreneurs and innovators across Yorkshire to help them plan their people needs to support their businesses, wether its contracting, policies or developing creative in house training programmes to sustain growth.
