Hello and my name is Kevin, Director and owner of Parson Estate Agents. As very experienced estate agent who has been in the business for over 40 years I appreciate exactly what the customer requires for marketing their home and prides his company in giving a personal, customised service to every client. Living locally, I have practiced over parts of Norfolk, all of Suffolk and Essex of which 38 years have been in and around Diss and have gained a wealth of knowledge in marketing customers’ homes to their full potential. Rachel joined Parson in 2014 as a sales negotiator. She first started in the Estate Agency industry in 2002 and has always lived and worked on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, so has great knowledge and understanding of the local area. She has an excellent negotiation style and finds an easy rapport with our vendors and applicants alike. Rachel works alongside Madeleine to ensure that clients are kept up to date throughout the selling/buying process.
Madeleine is the first person visitors will see and her welcoming smile makes buyers and sellers alike feel at home from the outset. As a sales negotiator, Madeleine ensures that properties are matched to suitable buyers with a view to arranging a successful sale. Along the way she will make sure there is regular contact with her Vendors and communicates feedback on all viewings.
Teresa joined in 2016 responsible for all things lettings assisting Lucy in the day to day running of the department. A local person, she knows the area really well having lived in the Diss and Harleston area all of her life. Teresa believes in giving a superb customer service and will always do her utmost to answer landlord and tenant queries, as well as see to the day to day administration side of the business.
Having lived in the area for many years, Sharon has an abundance of local knowledge and is very keen to offer advice to buyers and sellers to assist them in finding the perfect property. Sharon has a very friendly and approachable manner and strives to offer a fantastic customer service and likes to build up good rapport with her clients, many of them coming back to us when they move themselves or recommending friends to use Parson.
Prior to her time at Parson, Gina has worked within a large corporate company in the Commercial property sector. She is a highly confident and competent sales person and has a vast knowledge of the local area from living and working in the district. Gina is keen to please people and always endeavours to provide a good, friendly service to all customers.
