Established for over forty years and expanding on the same premises, the Fowler name has been associated with the best service in the plumbing and heating industry, mainly in the Garstang and Fylde area. Over this time, the company has grown to meet the ever increasing demand of a greater population in the area.
Originally founded by John Fowler in 1962, based on good advice and professional service, the company expanded in the seventies and eighties because of new housing developments undertaken by mainly local building firms.
John�s son George joined the company in 1980 after serving a full apprenticeship with the company, Fowlers Heating Systems business continued to thrive, and has happily been a well-run family firm with professional pride. The Fowlers firm also benefits from having a very low staff turnover
In 1987 the company developed a new showroom for bathrooms in Garstang town. There followed ten years of success in running both the core Heating business and Bathroom business side by side.
When John retired in the year 2000, George made the strategic decision to sell the showroom premises (the new Police Station now stands there). At that time, larger supplier companies were also opening showrooms.
