I started this business in 2002, on a wing and a prayer (actually it was on a very small kitchen table in a ridiculously small kitchen!). Since then it has grown unbelievably well, way beyond my initial expectations. I have been lucky enough to meet and work with some of the most incredible clients, chefs and learning professionals in the business. 

My team and I deliver events designed to bring people closer together. We have years of experience in doing this, learning along the way what works best for our clients. From teams as small as 6 to groups larger than 150, from graduates to executive leadership, from London to Edinburgh - we have seen it all.  

As a result, we are uniquely positioned to see the common elements that impact team relationships and performance,
