Foodamour (ex Wendy Milbank Ltd) is an elegant , bespoke and exclusive catering company. We have been operating for over 25 years for both private and corporate events all over East Anglia, especially in Cambridge and its surrounding counties. Word of mouth, exclusively, built the company’s reputation making us a cornerstone in high end catering in and around Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. Our list of regular exclusive clients speaks for itself and appears to be our main marketing tool.
We thrive on catering under all circumstances and this is what sets us apart from the rigidity of most other caterers. We always work to the highest standard possible, be it for small exclusive parties, “the chef at home experience” or most commonly for big functions of up to a thousand guests. Our deeply ingrained ethos motivates us on a daily basis: exclusive catering with a constant eye on detail. We are always re-thinking our menus and ideas -trying not to follow fads- making sure every party is different, very personal and a unique experience for both the host and the guest. Our food reflects what bespoke and exclusive catering should be about: absolutely all made from scratch, never ever cutting corners and using only fresh products of the highest standards, sourced as locally as possible, if it meets our criteria.
Pauline Milbank- Foodamour’s main chef and co-owner- trained in France, working for some of the best restaurants the country has to offer. Allying great creativity with an “all is possible” approach to managing a team of the highest professional standard. Her passion for food and thirst for knowledge has enabled her to perfect her own style of cooking -deeply rooted in French and Italian Classic Cuisine and discipline- with a subtle but highly impacting touch of fusion. When not catering, Pauline’s other passion is travelling the world off the beaten track with her family -digging ever deeper into local culture and cuisine- in order to bring a certain ”je ne sais quoi” back to Foodamour’s base in Newmarket.
