Established in 1991 with humble beginnings as a general builder with Network Housing the company has grown to a turnover in excess of £10 million per annum and has the structure, management team, and procedures in place to deliver projects from £50k to £3million.
The core part of our turnover is as a multi-trade sub-contractor for Decent homes and responsive and planned maintenance. Since the inception of the company, we have delivered in excess of 20,000 homes with the resident’s in occupation.
We have been successfully appointed as lead contractor in delivering packages of Voids, Reactive Maintenance and Insurance Repair works. We are passionate about our client base and focused on maintaining current clients and ensuring the growth of the company.
We strive to minimise waste and adopt the procedures of the main contractor to monitor and record this element. We also have our own recording procedures when we are appointed as lead contractor, tracking all elements of waste, with monthly benchmarking to ensure waste percentages are progressively driven down and not allowed to spiral out of control.
