At Conja, we believe in delivering the best quality at the best possible price. We have a dedicated workforce of 10, with access to several highly trained sub-contractors.
We like to emphasise the fact that we offer an all-in service which starts with a full survey. We can even apply for planning permission, deal with your local council, and ensure that all regulations are complied with.
The steelworks side of the business is run by Rob Meadham, while Rory Culhane is in charge of all industrial roofing and cladding. Dave Allam is responsible for maintaining the high quality of the company’s building works. Back at base, foreman Brian Meacher deals with fabrication enquiries at the workshops. He’s on duty from 7.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and 7.00am until midday on Saturdays.
Our recent projects include extensions and other steelwork for Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsburys, as far afield as the West Country. Elsewhere we are helping the Ministry of Defence enter the 21st Century, as some of their buildings were completed 70 years ago.

The village of Headbourne Worthy near Winchester is the last place you would expect to find a thriving steel company. However, that is where we are based – playing an important role in the local community, as well as taking up contracts nationwide.
We are proud to be associated with the famous Watercress Line. The line, otherwise known as the Mid Hants Railway, was saved from extinction by a band of enthusiastic volunteers in 1973. Now we are the main contractors for the Watercress Line, and delighted to combine our skills with the passion and knowledge of the enthusiasts.
We are also experts in mezzanine flooring, where an intermediate floor is installed to make use of all the space in your building.
