Starting from either a hard copy questionnaires or online survey, we are able to provide the full analysis process from full coding and data entry, through to tabulation and file exports. We can provide tables ranging from simple analysis of all questions by standard crossbreaks, through to complex statistical or weighting requirements. Tables can be produced in various different formats such as pdf, word and excel. We can also import and export data in various different formats such as .csv, spss .tsv.
Hall tests involve hiring a venue in a central location and inviting a large number of respondents to evaluate your products or services. Feedback regularly undertake hall testing for many well known high street names. Taste testing and packaging design tests account for the majority of these tests and it is very rewarding when we see evidence of our research on the high street.
Feedback offers a full online market research service which can be conducted with both consumers and businesses. The methodology is particularly useful when trying to quickly and efficiently reach large target audiences and clients often wish to utilise a pre-existing list of email contacts which can also reduce costs. Our in-house data team can script and design a survey, ranging from the most simple satisfaction surveys to more complex surveys allowing respondents to view motion clips, and then deliver an individual link directly to the target audience via email.
