We bought our house late last year and we couldn't have done it without the help of both Laura and Fiona. We were turned down for a mortgage with another broker, but Fiona was able to find us a mortgage with a great rate. Fiona was extremely diligent and professional. She made sure all the ducks were in a row before she pulled the trigger on the mortgage application, checking our financial history, credit score and gaining an understanding of our complete financial situation. It's her due diligence that managed to secure a deal. Laura was a fantastic estate agent, pulling out ALL the stops to get us to completion. We hit many many hurdles along the way and Laura was able to resolve many of them on our behalf! As first time buyers, we were also unsure of the requirements at each step, Laura was able to clearly explain the steps required of us at each stage and helped keep us on top of the sale. She even went out of her way on her day's off, taking calls and messages. Thank you both, we couldn't have done it without you!
Ian was brilliant! We recently purchased a house which had a few complications and multiple delays in the purchasing process, Ian kept us informed constantly throughout the process and went out of his way to chase solicitors and sellers. He made the whole situation easier and calmer knowing that he would answer all questions and get back to me asap.
