Andrew is a founding member and Fellow of the Institute of Fundraising and has spent over 35 years fundraising with NGOs and charities. He founded Prospecting for Gold in 1999 as the research arm of Charity Consultants Ltd. Andrew believes that strategic prospect research brings more, better qualified, donor prospects to your cause. It saves you money and time and, used strategically, it breaks down the barriers between fundraising functions.
Chris's background is in Systems and Programming on large computer mainframes in the commercial sector. She has been Research Manager for Prospecting for Gold since its inception and developed the Wealth Screening service, the New Name Research service and Prospect Briefing notes. She is responsible for the growth of the Prospecting for Gold database to support those services and leads the research team in providing bespoke research for local and national charities across the entire not for profit sector.
Director of Business Development
Kerry Rock is our Director of Business Development. She provides fundraising and market research, benchmarking and bid writing services to a diverse range of clients. Kerry has twenty years experience in research and management across the not for profit, public and private sectors. Kerry believes research is much more than data collection. The real value is in providing clients with value added analysis and interpretation that enables them to build stronger organisations. Kerry holds degrees in Arts and Commerce from the University of Melbourne. She is a trustee of The Mulberry Centre and on the Researchers in Fundraising Committee.
Neil looks after our data screening process, from receipt of data to the delivery of reports, helping our customers identify the best prospects for their fundraising initiative. He has a broad business knowledge, having worked in Financial Services, IT Software and Database Marketing companies before joining Prospecting For Gold in 2008; this helps him in interpreting data from a wide range of charitable organisations. Neil also controls the regular maintenance of our database, including how new sources of information are matched and added over time.
