ABOUT RIVERSWAY DEVELOPMENTS LTD
Riversway was formed in 1999 by a group of surveyors and property consultants. Our aim was and still is to seek out land and buildings ripe for development, design a scheme, source finance and build and sell a quality commercial product. We are more than happy to get involved in a scheme at any stage of the development process from site acquisition, design or even limited to the agency and marketing of a project.
Our first scheme was an 18 unit office park on Preston Riversway built in three phases and developed totally speculatively. All the units sold successfully which led to further schemes being built in similar locations and design. These include a joint venture with Sovereign Land to develop another 21 office and hybrid units forming the Southern Zone of Poulton Le Fylde Business Park, a project management and agency role on the 21 unit Croft Court project at Whitehills Business Park, J4 M55, Lancashire and various other joint venture and project management roles in West Ealing, Penrith, Liverpool and Glasgow.
