ABOUT PEGASUS BUILDERS (PETERSFIELD) LIMITED
Our aim was to help clients who recognised the charm and character of such historic buildings. In parallel with Refurbishments and Additions to Period Properties, we have also responded to the requirements for architectural remodelling to properties to suit new owners. This may comprise of simple arrangements of rooms to an additional floor or the re-siting of the entire building.
We recognise our clients’ requirements to provide a restored period exterior coupled with a warm and relaxed contemporary interior with flowing accommodation.
Whether the properties are within towns or in the depths of the countryside, we provide support to all schemes. We believe in long term value of properties which will continue to protect the investment for the future. For some clients we offer Bespoke New Homes, with a replacement house constructed on the site of a previous property. We can create new properties either in a period style or in a contemporary design to a very high quality.
Our people are fully experienced with a variety of techniques to restore the fabric of historic and period buildings, yet we are just as proficient when specifying or using 21st century materials within the construction of new work.
All our projects comply with CDM 2015 regardless of size. Training courses are provided for all our personnel to ensure we maintain our H&S standards throughout for our teams and clients alike. We retain a H&S Officer responsible to ensure training and contract safety at all times.

Formed in 1979, Pegasus Builders was created to provide ever greater quality in the restoration of Listed and Period properties together with Bespoke homes constructed in a classical style.
