The support from office staff is impressive, in the previous company I worked for I felt unsupported as a lone worker.
I have told everyone I know how marvellous you are and if I ever need help again I will come straight back to you.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally and to all the Carers you have provided over the period for an efficient and professional service, yesterday was made that much easier by the cheerful and uncomplaining help that your carer gave us.
Thank you very much for all your help in the past. We would have been lost without Draycott.
I cannot believe how lucky we have been in finding Draycott. Without your admin, staff and the carers I do not know how I would have managed over the past few years. Just keep doing what you are doing.
I have worked with other agencies before Draycott and this has allowed me to see how different they are. At Draycott I feel like I am more than just a number within an organisation. Whenever I go into the office, I can recognise and greet each staff member by name and they all know who I am. I appreciate the fact that we are expected to keep our training updated because it makes us feel confident and competent with our clients.
The greatest service your nurses/carers can do is to help take out the indignity and pain of old age – this they do remarkably well.
The initial consultation with Debra was very thorough and very reassuring and Inna, the carer who ultimately looked after mum, was fantastic. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble, and she really was an angel with mum, who was not only grateful for the support, but also thoroughly enjoyed Inna's company and the long chats they had. In fact they became firm friends and have kept in touch since mum's recovery. In addition, as my siblings and I all live far away from mum, it was a great relief to know she was being looked after so wonderfully and was safe and happy.
The company has always been supportive of personal goals and improvements. We are asked about our goals during appraisals and supported to achieve these.
The time has come for me to spend a little more time in Australia than London. I have enjoyed working for Draycott Nursing enormously. My experience has grown and it has been a pleasure to work for an employer that values and nurtures its staff. For this reason and for the excellent services it provides, Draycott Nursing has earned an enviable reputation in London. I feel proud to have been a member of the Draycott Nursing family.
