Middlefield Properties Ltd is a family run business that have been buying houses and flats in and around the Midlands area for many years. The 2 directors of Middlefield Properties Ltd are Steven Bratt and Steven Shilton and they are always looking to take the company forward. They have recently been focusing on buying purpose built blocks of flats. In the last 12 months (2015/16) we have purchased 3 new blocks of flats adding another 24 properties to our ever growing portfolio. Aswell as buying new stock we are always improving our current stock by refurbing our properties.
We are happy to announce that we work closely with our building contractors Bratt Building, Plumbing and Roofing Ltd who look after all the maintenance requirements.
