Welcome to Ned Potter Ltd a local family run business set up in Hereford in 1985. We have three departments all of which are on the one site at Beech Business Park, Tillington Rd; Hereford. These comprise of the vehicle workshop which incorporates five service/repair bays and a one man operational MOT bay. We specialise in the Volkswagen Group of vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT & Skoda) but also have the experience and equipment to service all makes of vehicle. We have over 1500 regular service customers, many of which have been loyal since we started in business.
In September 2017 we acquired the ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) licences from Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda & SEAT. This means we are now on-line direct to these manufacturers to obtain and download all the latest technology and diagnostic information needed for these vehicles.
The changes to the European monopolies commission (Block Exemption) have given UK independent garages the chance to service all makes of vehicle without upsetting the manufacturer's warranty. This gives car owners the choice which has been the monopoly of main dealers for many years.
