Needham Fabrications Ltd can manufacture a varied and wide variety of products from Steel which range from the basic Fabricated Components right through to the finished article.
We provide the following services to the industry:-
– The profiling facilities at Needham Fabrications can provide Plasma Cutting up to 15mm and a Gas profiling facility up to 250mm. This is fully supported by Computer aided profiling systems and software based on CNC/CAD.
– We can provide a Guillotining service from 2mm up to 12.5mm and widths up to 3 metres.
– Needham Fabrications can provide a Steel rolling facility up to 25mm in thickness depending on Width.
– The Factory is supported by 3 drilling machines and complimented with a Punching facility. Needham Fabrications are proud to boast that its sister company that specialises in precision engineering can support this facility by means of CNC drilling and machining.
– The MIG and MMA Welding Facilities compliment the Fabrication side of the business in all aspects and specialises within the heavy, arduous market place and demanding of applications.
– The overall result is the boasted “one stop” shop facility which is provided by a wealth of engineering background and experience, thus allowing Needham fabrications to ultimately provide an overall Fabrication service second to none.

Our manufacturing is based on the Fabrication from a raw steel basis to the finished quality product and is ably assisted and supported by Claydon Precision Engineering which is indeed our sister company and their highly equipped machining facility is based in Great Blakenham near Ipswich.
