I highly recommend Destination Southampton to anyone looking to plan an event! I’m planning a Charity ball and the first for me step was to find a venue, this the first time I have ever organised an event so got in touch with Hannah at Destination! Well I can honestly say WOW!!! Within days of initially contacting Hannah I had a list of appropriate venues, packages they offer, (even down to DJ, PA system!!) Hannah then arranged visits to the venues, and negotiated contracts, and found the perfect venue for us! Nothing is too difficult, Hannah is always quick to respond to emails, contacting venues on your behalf , taking away the stress and time I would have spent had I done this on my own. What’s even better is that the venue finding service is free of Charge, and they also advertise the event for free on their website. I will be recommending Destination Southampton to all my friends, family, anyone looking to plan an event, if it wasn’t for Hannah I would still be trying to secure a venue.
