After a modest start, his expertise in joinery fit-out finishes allowed the business to go from strength to strength. By the end of the 2000's, most private housing developments stopped. The house building was reduced in size due to the down turn and the emphasis was re-directed to Hotels, bar & restaurant fit outs.
The then company, Deancourt Joinery, had numerous centrepieces of fit-out sub-contract works, including work on the Hilton Waldorf London, Hilton Park Lane London, and other prestige hotels and restaurants throughout London and the UK.
In 2012, the company was rebranded as Deancourt Construction. The expertise turned to civil construction work and private house building, to respond rapidly to the demand for new homes. The business expanded by bringing on board dedicated professional personnel who have over 40 years experience in all aspects of housing developments, major civil engineering works and all types of new build projects.
This new structure has been a good strategic fit and a powerful force in the sector, creating better shareholder value. It allows the company to expand the scale of it's expertise in private house building and civil construction. After a modest start the company is turning into a substantial construction business.
