Roland originally founded Elecro, and exudes passion for designing and engineering products; enthusiasm that is spread throughout the company. Hailing from an engineering background, Roland saw a gap in the market and designed our first electric heater over 18 years ago; since then Elecro have solidified their position as a leading manufacture of electric swimming pool heaters, as well as heat exchangers and water treatment units. A key member of the Product Development team, Roland is continually working on new product solutions for the industry.
Emily’s background is deep rooted in Elecro and the swimming pool industry, and therefore her role as company director is vital to the company’s growth and progression. Emily’s priority is to oversee the business changing decisions and lead the way for future business and prospects. Based in the Middle East, she aims to strengthen the relationships of key customers, all the while analysing business potential around the globe, creating long-term value for our products, customers, markets and relationships.
Thomas is the key contact for customers in Europe, Northern Africa and South America, providing support and tools to aide customer business growth. As part of the sales team and having a degree in Business and Economics, he plays a key role in developing the annual sales plan. Part of Thomas’ time is spent visiting customers and taking part in educational seminars in order to teach what sets Elecro apart from the competition, how to use our products and how to sell them. Thomas is tri-lingual speaking English, French and Spanish fluently; he enjoys customer interaction and is always on hand at our key exhibitions.
Liana works hard to provide a great Customer Service. A valuable member of the team, she is skilled in multi-tasking and always happy to support our customers whether that be via processing an order, dealing with shipments or answering enquiries.

Victoria is the latest addition to our team, taking on the role of Assistant Accountant. With a great attention to detail and knowledge of the role she is committed to developing the Accounts Department, and is always a great help in the office. Enjoying the interaction with both suppliers and customers, she is proving a great asset to the company.
Rick is the Purchasing co-ordinator at Elecro, so any component, material or piece of equipment that comes through the door must be run by him first. Continuously keeping an eye on stock levels to ensure that production is always on time, he is a valued member of the team with a positive outlook. Not only does Rick oversee the purchasing duties, but aids the shipping team by obtaining and dealing with freight quotes.
Production Manager
Raf definitely enjoys a challenge, and Elecro ensures that he always has a project on the go! A qualified electrician, he works on the product development team alongside Roland, Mal and Richard.
One of the longest serving members of the team, Mike supervises the workshop and production staff. Overseeing production, quality control and dispatch, due to his extensive experience with the company, he is skilled in ensuring that all aspects are maintained to Elecro’s high standards. Mike is always on hand and prepped to keep production to an optimum, always with a cheery disposition.
Mal is our hidden gem. Working alongside Roland, he designs and develops all of the Elecro products. Previously employed by Hitachi, Mal is meticulous, innovative and ensures streamlined, efficient design from concept through to production. He enjoys what he does and it shows. Mal is kept busy in the Product Development team, but thrives under pressure and all the while maintains a warm and friendly outlook.
