In 1997 Richard stepped away from the professional sailing world and started to build the Company, team, brand and methodologies and track record which Merriweather and our clients enjoy around the world today.

Malcolm has been with Merriweather since its inception. Following a successful career in Human Resources, Training and Development in the Financial Services arena he now uses his experience to equip successful leaders and their teams.
Business Manager
Emma joined Merriweather as Business Manager in 2010, following a successful career as a Training Manager for Kraft Foods International and previously working at Sotheby’s Fine Art Auctioneers. She balances her business career with family life in South West London.
