Hello, I was just writing to say what a delightful journey we had with your driver (can’t remember his name) on Wednesday 12th March (Oldbury to Cheltenham). We all thought he was very pleasant and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable and thanks for making part of our first experience to Cheltenham a good one! Hope to use you again next year!
