CEO Marion Ward is short-listed as a finalist at the Business Matters Awards. Marion is competing for the Lifetime Achievement Award, with the winners of all the Awards being announced at a black tie event at the Hilton Hotel in Gatwick on Friday 3rd July.
Rewards Training secures ‘good’ Ofsted grade. Following a detailed inspection of the quality of training, assessment, advice and guidance Ofsted award the coveted grade in recognition of the great services we provide for the community. Rewards Training’s Managing Director Andrew Ayres said, “This report recognises all the hard work and dedication by our team to provide some of the best training services around. We are very proud of the result and looking forward to supporting a greater number of businesses in the local community to find and train the apprentices they need for a successful future.”

Rewards Training Recruitment Consultancy moves to new and improved offices and training facilities in Crawley. We waved goodbye to Haywards Heath, home to Rewards Training since our formation in 1989. Our Head Office and training facilities are now all under one roof at Belgrave House in the bustling centre of Crawley. Commenting on the move our CEO Marion Ward said "Haywards Heath served us well for nearly 25 years but the time has come to make a move in order to better serve the wider community".

At Rewards Training we deliver Apprenticeships in a variety of sectors including Business/Management, Hospitality and Health & Social Care. Our expertise on current apprenticeship funding and our insight into the future of levy funding, as well as changes to the apprenticeship programme, will ensure you are kept up to date and informed.
It doesn’t have to be complex; it’s your levy, and our aim is to help you make the most of it.
The levy is set at 0.5% of your pay bill, this includes wages, bonuses, commissions, and pensions contributions paid monthly through PAYE.
The Levy is currently only for employers with a payroll of £3M and above (including wages, bonuses, commissions and pension contributions.
Speak to us to help you review your current employee training and development budget to ensure that most of your apprenticeship training can be reclaimed through the levy. We can also help you to offset the costs of your training to maximise the benefit from your investment and minimise costs.
Extra support for 16-18 year olds – When you take on an apprentice who is aged between 16 and 18 at the start of their apprenticeship, you will receive a payment of £1,000 to help meet the extra costs of employing them via your training provider.
The regulations around the levy and apprenticeship funding are complex. Rewards Training are able to support you to manage your levy through the government’s Digital Apprenticeship Service. We will help you to maximise the benefits you will recoup from your levy payments.
