My Property Company had been using various window companies over a number of years and encountered several problems from poor quality workmanship, lack of after sales service and companies even closing down disappearing with our deposits! We were looking to replace the original single glazed Crittall style windows in our thatched period property with modern double glazed units. Our primary concern was to maintain the external appearance of the property by retaining the existing oak window frames and sills. Ace Glass discussed various options with us and were able to recommend powder-coated aluminium with leaded sealed glazed units fitted into the existing frames. From initial enquiry to final finishing we could not fault their attention to detail. The fitters did a great job, taking just three days to finish the whole house, leaving no mess behind just beautiful new windows that we are absolutely delighted with.
With regard to the lovely conservatory ,windows and door ace glass recently fitted to our house. Right from the initial quote and consultation through to fitting , the service ace provided was 1st class , your fitters were very friendly but professional they made sure our house was left tidy every day,we are so pleased with the end result it has transformed our house.
Ace Glass Southern were asked to replace two 130 year old sash bay windows in our Hanover house, just before Christmas. They delivered on their promise and got them in as planned. Their quote was very competitive and the advice was helpful throughout. We were very impressed with the window fitters who were extremely professional and gave a level of care and perfectionism that is rare to find these days. We are thrilled with our new aluminium powder coated windows and would use Ace Windows again.
