ABOUT NEW & TILLEY LIMITED

The business was founded by Paul New and Simon Tilley over 30 years ago after attending school and college together. Since then we have been leading the building industry throughout Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.

Over the years we have built the company up from carrying out small extensions and alterations to now undertaking new builds, restorations and £1 million + projects.

We have a good team of skilled tradesmen most of whom have been with us for many, many years. All are dedicated to doing the very best for the customer and pride themselves on their workmanship and attention to detail.

The project finished on time and did not exceed the Budget. The process was painless for us, we were kept informed every step of the way, and consulted regularly about any changes. The building site was kept tidy, the team were very polite, respectful, jolly and efficient. The workmanship was top quality and we are delighted with the result.

New & Tilley have now undertaken 2 major renovations for us (1890s town house and 1860 stone Villa) plus a contemporary 8000 sq ft new build over the past 15 years. During all of those projects they have not only completed the projects to a very high standard and to budget but have also made a major contribution to the overall result. Always looking for cost effective options that don’t impact the end result they are pleasure to work with. Incredibly high standards down to the site at the end of each day being immaculate. Over the years we have recommended them many times and every time they have delivered.
