Tony’s job is one that oversees the smooth running of every customer’s account making sure that the service is delivered to a standard that is to our demanding quality. He will, if required by the customer, come to site and give as much help and advice as you need to ensure that the job is done right.
If your material can only be collected at certain times of the day, which others may consider to be out-of-hours, to Colin everything is normal hours. When you need it is when we will do it, no questions asked. No making the problem any worse, just getting on and doing the job.
Although only 24, his knowledge of the business is of much older bones. The youngest member of the family he has learnt his trade from a very early age thus affording him the experience he has today. He, like the rest of the team, strives to make your satisfaction part of his daily routine.
If customers arranging to bring their material themselves to this yard are delayed this is not a problem. Speak to Joe and he will make arrangements for you to be unloaded and paid on your arrival. Helpful and flexible is what being part of this team is all about.
As head of the Mid-Kent team, John’s role is to oversee all of the daily operations. Having been in this business for the last 40 years he has seen many changes, changes that include the demand for a more efficient and modern service. Not only to meet the needs and demands of today’s customers, but to relieve them of their problems in the recycling of their waste material.
