Founder and Managing Director Lee has more than 25 years’ experience in safety surfacing. He spent the first five years with a regional surfacing company before joining Amey and its all-weather sports surface business Sport-Tec. Lee founded Redlynch in 1997 and has helped the company grow to become one of the UK’s leading safety surface companies. He is responsible for strategic direction and is actively involved in day-to-day operations, advising customers and visiting sites across the country. Lee is a mine of information, and dedicated to helping clients.

Colin enjoyed an extensive career in chemicals and manufacturing before entering the play industry, spending 10 years with an equipment company before joining Redlynch in 2002. Combining detailed technical knowledge with vast experience in play equipment means Colin is exceptionally qualified to assist his varied clients across the region.

Charles has worked in safety surfacing since 1992 and joined Redlynch in 2013. He enjoys building relationships with clients, safe in the knowledge that experienced and competent staff will install a quality product that will give years of service.

Mark is one of our most experienced staff, having worked with safety surfacing and equipment for more than 30 years. He joined Redlynch in 2005 and guides clients through all their options to ensure that they have the right product for the right location.

Mark has been with Redlynch since the very beginning and is our longest-serving employee, having worked with Managing Director Lee at a previous company. The joy on children’s faces as they see the new surface at the end of each project gives him as much satisfaction now as at the beginning.
