CTL was established in Reading in 1993 as a private training provider. Our Head Office is based in Reading, Berkshire and we have training centres in Wokingham, Newbury and Swindon. We currently offer a range of learning opportunities in Childcare and Business and Administration and cater for professionals at all levels, whether you are still at school or going into management. Many of our courses may attract local or national government funding.
Our staff are all experts in their own field, and we can offer you the support you need to help you achieve. We have learning support tutors available for those who would like that extra support while on programme. Whether you want to build on qualifications, gain and improve upon skills or develop the potential of your staff, we are here to offer impartial and confidential advice and guidance on career progression and training in your particular sector.

Joining Chiltern was a great choice. Doing an apprenticeship allows you to experience work as well as learning. It is really nice to go to work and earn while you learn. You need the experience when you apply for any type of job so I have the best of both worlds. I get paid and do not have to pay any sort of fees for my qualification. I get the same opportunities as degree students and my qualification is valued by employers as it is nationally recognised
I love the practical side, going to work. My assessor is brilliant, I really like her and she is really helpful with my work.
From the front of Reading station, cross the street and walk past the large brown Thames Tower building towards Station Road. We are located at no 15, on the right hand side, just past the Royal Bank of Scotland.
