Mikrotek offer Managed IT support services for small businesses in Bicester and surrounding areas. If your company isn’t large enough to justify an in-house IT team, we are on hand to advise on, install and manage your computer and telephone systems. Consider us as your IT Department on call.
Business continuity is our aim. We want to ensure that small businesses are properly equipped to benefit from technology, with systems in place to minimise the potential risks.
Our primary role is as a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Our comprehensive MSP contract gives you peace of mind, as we take on full responsibility for your small business IT support. Alternatively, we offer reactive ‘pay as you go’ options and proactive ‘monitor and advise’ IT services.
