Mike Warner is the founding principal of Michael Warner and Company, a firm specialising in helping private business owners to maximise profitability and capital value. Mike operates either as a consultant accountant, as a non-executive Finance Director, or as a mentor.
Mike passionately believes that "best practice creates best value". During his career he has worked closely with successful businesses, which has given him an opportunity to identify the hallmarks of "the perfect business".
