Stephen Arnold Ltd was established in 1997 to sell fashion accessories to the major high street multiples, trading with companies such as Oasis, River Island and H&M to name but a few. Designing products for these clients necessitated the purchase of various beads, stones and parts. During the year 2000 one of our major foreign clients started selling beads together with their fashion jewellery and asked us to supply various beads as well as SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS.
From this small beginning the bead business grew in importance and eventually it was necessary to create a separate company to manage the fashion accessory business so Stephen Arnold Ltd could concentrate on the bead business and particularly growing our relationship with SWAROVSKI.
In 2006 it was decided to create a website to offer more than 30,000 bead and related products in wholesale quantities to service our range of clients from all industries. Our products at the time included a range of Czech beads and components such as fire polished beads, czech pearls, metal filligress and much more. With over 30,000 products available to purchase through our website we were invited by SWAROVSKI to become the Recommed Authorised Wholesaler for the UK and Ireland.
2011 saw an update to the website to our current website development team (The Pixel) who created a show stopping website and set a new industry standard. At this point the market for beads had changed and we decided to deadicate our website to SWAROVSKI only products.
Now with over 65,000 products on our website and still adding we are pleased to see another design for 2014 to change to the Stephen Arnold Ltd website which will incorporate a range of premium Metal Components and Stringing and Chain Materials along with the ability to purchase SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS in smaller packing units. Ultimately turning our business from a wholesaler to a wholesaler and retail website.
