was founded as a unique residential property investment business in 1992 following Jean & Brian Shillinglaw's return to England from Hong Kong. Jean & Brian relocated to the cosmopolitan city of Brighton & Hove on England's beautiful South Coast.
was created and became registered as a limited company in September 1993, utilising the initials of their children
I can honestly say I look forward to coming to work and overcoming the challenges that each new day brings. We run the company with a hands-on approach, supported by a great team of experts. Not many management companies are genuinely so hands on and in my book that makes us special.
We pride ourselves on being familiar with the property market and all new developments - nothing is too insignificant for us to advise on. Big corporate companies are not so familiar with the small investor or take such a lasting interest as ourselves. We never lose interest, making me proud of our boast 'We Arrange It All'!
