We’re able to apply our expertise in all areas of product development including design, material specification, and the use of bespoke tooling to manufacture extrusions for virtually any application. Unlike other plastic extruders, Euroseal can cater for both large distributors and individual clients, as we have the capacity to extrude profiles in small and large batch production runs.
Euroseal offer a completely bespoke extrusion service from start to finish, with everything managed in-house. Because we don’t outsource any of our work, our clients can be assured of a great continuity of service, and that all extrusions are successfully project managed from concept through to delivery.

To help design profiles which meet your exact requirements, we have full CAD facilities – meaning that we can simulate how your product will interact as part of larger systems. We also have the ability to produce real profile prototypes before full production.
All Euroseal products are manufactured, packaged and delivered to the highest quality standards. We also have a rigorous quality control system in place, meaning that we check each extrusion post-production to ensure optimum quality.
