Landford Stone is a family run company whose directors have been a part of the industry for more than 45 years. Our ethos is quality and service and there are currently three generations of the family working for Landford Stone. The current 45 employees, whose skills and abilities are renowned, have been with the company for many years.

Landford Stone only ever supply Grade A Class 1 material and as such we always hand select each individual slab of stone. We believe this is absolutely crucial and ensure that our clients get the best possible material for their application. Clients are encouraged to visit us and choose their own slabs from the vast range on display at our facility where we are on hand to offer a very warm welcome.
We pride ourselves on the premise that if it’s still being quarried and a client requires it, we can acquire it. Our stones are sourced from many different countries and we currently have 2800 slabs in stock and over 600 different types of stone. Our sales team is very knowledgeable and will be delighted to show you the full extent of our stock. For those who take a technical interest in the state of the art machinery used to produce our finished products, factory tours will be available at the annual open day held each year at Landford Stone.
Molly’s been with the company from day dot; Landford Stone is her baby and life. Molly is extremely hard working, dedicated and the absolute driving force of the company, taking enjoyment in the day to day challenges of running her own company. Fully involved with every single procedure and process, Molly is the person who keeps everything closely knitted together and running smoothly. With many contacts, people and friends that own kitchen companies, Molly is well known across the entire industry. Molly has one big hobby: her beloved event horse Captain, who has just reached the top in his category eventing! Molly loves all of her animals including the other three horses she owns, Percy the Persian, her parrot and her two dogs (who you may see on your visit to Landford Stone!).
Clinton’s been with Landford Stone for a number of years now, managing the sourcing and purchasing of all Landford Stone’s materials. The journey for your perfect surface begins with Clinton. Being fluent in Italian, Clinton has made many strong acquaintances with our Italian suppliers – something that is incredibly useful when dealing mostly with Italy! Clinton visits Italy, India and China on a regular basis where all materials are thoroughly checked by himself, Cristiano (Italian agent) and Roberto (China agent), before leaving on it’s long journey to the Landford Stone yard, where it is safely stored for your hand selection.
Damien has over 23 years experience in the industry. He is an expert in his field, specialising in flooring, cladding, external work and swimming pools. Having been with Landford Stone for a number of years now, Damien has worked on the completion of many of the most challenging yet stunning projects. Damien handles all jobs with unprecedented care and precision, taking pride in delivering second-to-none and overall exceptional service. He enjoys keeping fit, cycling and running. He’s also very much a family man; he loves his wife and two children dearly, not forgetting his family dog Salsa.
Production Director
Phil’s been with Landford Stone for over six years now and is a qualified engineer with a passion for machinery. Alongside the Factory Manager, Phil looks after the day-to-day orchestration of the factory and oversees the running of machinery including the two CNC machines and three saws. Phil is also the Health and Safety representative within the factory, working closely with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure that everyone and everything is working within strict safety requirements. Outside work, Phil enjoys martial arts, sports bikes (building his own motorbike entirely from scratch) and spending time with his family, which includes Bella the Sprocker.
Ryan has been with Landford Stone since 2008. He enjoys the day to day challenges of working for Landford Stone and working within the sales team. Ryan’s best achievement within the company is working with Landon Marketing, helping to create the new Landford Stone website. He is currently working with the HSL (part of the HSE) on research being carried out over a 5 year period within the stone industry covering the effects of silicosis. This incredibly important work will hopefully bring new policies and regulations to the entire stone industry. Ryan is Level 4 IOSH qualified in Health and Safety, has a Diploma in Marketing and is currently working towards a Diploma in Professional Marketing at Southampton Solent University.
Andy’s been with Landford Stone now for over 14 years. He helps to run the templating department along with our other templaters who have also been with Landford Stone for many years. In his 14 years with Landford Stone, Andy has watched as the company has evolved from the traditional, old-fashioned methods of plastic templating to the new, high-tech laser technology. He has helped to shape the company into what it is today and his years of dedication and experience in the field makes Andy one of the finest templaters in the industry.
