Following on from this morning’s earlier conversation just thought it would be useful to give some positive feedback on the guys from Cable Dynamics yesterday re: installation of the Wi-Fi. The guys conduct was excellent throughout with minimum disturbance to my colleagues in the building. All equipment was carefully laid out in a safe manner and they were informative as to what they were actually undertaking. My thanks and my colleagues for such a professional job

I would like to give my own thanks and pass on the thanks of the Chairman, Chief Executive and their support staff to Cable Dynamics for the work that was done for the move of the Exec team. All engineers had a positive and friendly approach and completed the job on time and in a tidy and professional manner.

As we near the end of this successful project, I would like to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation to the marvellous cabling team that I have had the great pleasure in working with. Gavin has been an absolute star and really stepped up to lead the team professionally and with great attention to detail. I was entirely confident to leave set tasks to Gavin to carry out without any need to chase. Please ensure the team are recognised for their hard work and professionalism as they are a credit to Cable Dynamics.

In all of my dealings with Cable Dynamics, at all levels, I have found the staff to be resourceful, proactive and cooperative. Cabling jobs are carried out smoothly and to specification. When problems are encountered options and workarounds are identified early and implemented with the minimum of fuss.

I just wanted to provide your company with some feedback and express how satisfied I was with both your expedience on having a team attend our premises but also the lads that undertook the works. They were professional and informative and helped resolve many issues. The fact that they even broke away from another site to come back speaks volumes for your companies customer service.
