When it came to reviewing our contracts, we looked at the major brands and suppliers. In the end, we decided on Docucentric (who had previously supplied us with just one of our machines) based on the quality of their after sales service. Their machines have done everything promised and proved reliable. They have even helped cut print costs by eliminating that dreaded pile of paper left sitting on the machines every night, using their innovative Hold functionality. No more searching through mounds of paper to find that important letter, just walk up to the machine, select your name and out pop all your print jobs. In terms of servicing, on the occasions when things do go wrong, their engineers are quick to respond, deal with the problem and then explain the cause and if applicable how it can be avoided in the future.
