Alan is the founder of XMA. He is responsible for development of the XMA business and also performs principle consultant and interim project and programme management assignments.

Alan’s early career was in IT development in the health and commercial sectors. He then spent another 8 successful years in sales and marketing, gaining valuable experience in new business, major account management and new market development. He has been in the independent interim world for 20 years.

Alan has driven significant systems procurements and has initiated or turned-around many major projects for top brand companies in start-up, restructure or merger. Alan mentors senior management, by leading through vision setting and then by working in the business to improve ways of working.
